I can't figure out how to make a journal skin.I know you need a Premium Membership to use them. But I found deviant's without Premium Member use them so I think they made theirs and used them. But I could be wrong anyway.Can you please help me?

The reason there are artist who are not premium members who have journal skins, was back in August, during the week of DA's 11th anniversary, they allowed everyone to use journal skins. And those who still have them, liked them so much, they didn't have the heart to change them.
